Preventing the malfunctions by temporary slack
This is U-shape sensor which is consisting of projector, receiver and amplifier in one body. This is mounted in the entrance of the coiler and detects coiler blockage or sliver breakage.

Caution items Make sure t o make a single wiring basically because if making a wiring with power line etc., it ma y be affected by noise.
If extending the cable, use cabtyre cable with 0.3mm2 o r more and length should b e 100m o r less.
If using commercial switching regulator as power source, make sure t o earth FG(frame ground terminal) and G(ground terminal).
